1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Original packaging and accessories must be included where possible.
- The product must not have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products with physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse after purchase
- Software, digital products, or items with broken seals
- Accessories (cables, chargers, bags) that have been used
- Products returned after the 7-day window
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days. If approved:
- Replacement: We will replace the item with the same or equivalent product.
- Store Credit: We may offer store credit for future purchases.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Abelian Technology is not responsible for items lost in transit.

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship or bring the item to our designated location in Kenya.
