1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, unaltered, and free from physical damage caused after purchase.
  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included where possible.
  • The product must not have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse after purchase
  • Software, digital products, or items with broken seals
  • Accessories (cables, chargers, bags) that have been used
  • Products returned after the 7-day window

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days. If approved:

  • Replacement: We will replace the item with the same or equivalent product.
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit for future purchases.
  • Refund: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Abelian Technology is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship or bring the item to our designated location in Kenya.
