2. Shipping Destinations We ship within Kenya only. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

3. Domestic Shipping (Kenya) Our Kenya Delivery service offers delivery within 2–3 business days.

4. International Shipping We do not ship outside Kenya.

5. Shipping Costs Free shipping is available within Kenya on orders over KES 15,000. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
