At Abelian Technology, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across Kenya, including Nairobi and major towns countrywide. For remote areas, delivery timelines may vary.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

  • Nairobi (CBD & All Areas): Same-day delivery (orders placed before 12:00 PM EAT)
  • Outside Nairobi (Countrywide): 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Nairobi: Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on location.
  • Upcountry: Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Free Delivery: May be available on select orders or promotions — check our current offers.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EAT are prioritized for same-day dispatch within Nairobi.
  • You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Laptops and electronics are wrapped securely to prevent damage during transit.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange an alternative. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
